Emma is a yin yoga & meditation teacher , a holistic therapist & life coach , specialising in inspiration, awareness & healing.
Emma teaches yin and meditation classes from Alresford village hall, Colchester, Essex.
The teaching draws on restoring breath work, healing yin yoga & meditation ,transcending to guided relaxation. All supported towards anxiety and mental health wellbeing & dis-ease for all ages above 16.

Beginners & Intermediate flow yoga, breath work & meditation. Yoga poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence. Age 16+

Yin Yoga is slow-paced & therapeutic. All poses are done on the floor seated or lying down. There are no sun salutations, no planks, no warriors, no jump throughs! Yin Yoga is unique in that you relax into the posture, with supported bolsters & cushions, allowing the body to soften and release naturally without pushing or straining. Each yin pose is held for at least 4 minutes to stimulate blockages in the myofascial meridians to release negative stored emotions, reduce muscles pain & increase flexibility 16+
